Faith-Based Coaching & Mentorship for Teen Girls

Rise & Dream Academy offers faith-based coaching and mentorship designed to help teen girls build confidence, strengthen their faith, and gain clarity about their purpose. Our services support young women during critical developmental years by providing guidance, structure, and encouragement rooted in Christian values.

Through Christ-centered coaching and small-group mentorship, participants develop practical life skills, healthy self-esteem, and personal accountability. Our approach helps teen girls navigate challenges, set goals, and make decisions aligned with their values and future aspirations.

Rise & Dream Academy partners with families, churches, schools, and community organizations to deliver services that are supportive, structured, and purpose-driven—equipping teen girls to rise above circumstances and pursue the dreams God has placed within them.

Free Faith-Based Cohort (10 Weeks)

Ages: 13–15 | 16–18 (separate groups)
Cost: Free
Format: Weekly Saturday sessions
Cohort Size: Limited to 7 students per group

This 10-week cohort provides structured coaching and mentorship rooted in biblical principles and identity in Christ. Enrollment is open by application or recommendation and closes once capacity is reached.

Program Structure:

• Weeks 1–3: 1:1 faith-based coaching focused on identity, prayer, and goal clarity

• Weeks 4–10: Group sessions centered on confidence, accountability, stewardship, and purpose

• 2026 Upcoming Cohort Dates (Saturdays)

We partner with churches, schools, and community organizations to expand access to faith-based youth development through coaching, mentorship, and facilitated experiences.

Alicia Baker-Long is a faith-based coach, program leader, and motivational speaker who regularly speaks at graduations, professional events, and community gatherings. She is also an experienced workshop designer and facilitator, known for delivering structured, engaging sessions that combine inspiration with practical application.

With a background in workforce development, mentorship, and community leadership, Alicia brings both strategic insight and personal testimony to every stage. Her work is grounded in helping youth and women walk confidently in purpose, strengthen identity, and pursue meaningful goals.
